 Low carb diets are easy,flexible and can be followed by peoples with different types of diabetes and other problems. People who avoid carbohydrates & eat more fat, even saturated fat, lose more body fat than people who follows the low fat diet.

Day 1-

Breakfast:- Scrambled eggs with wilted spinach+ apple

Lunch:- carrot sticks & hummus,Chicken & red pepper wrap with spicy mayonnaise,

Dinner: baked sweet potato & roasted broccoli,Salmon fillet

Snack:- Whey protein bar/shake

Day 2-

Breakfast: Full-fat yogurt with banana & cashew nuts

Lunch: Chicken, tomato & radish salad with balsamic vinegar dressing, avocado, cucumber

Dinner: Beef & onion bolognese with courgette linguini

Snack: Protein bar/shake

Day 3-

Breakfast: Omelette made with mushrooms & onions

Lunch: Chicken, mango, tomato salad with balsamic vinegar & olive oil

Dinner: Free range sausages with mashed sweet potato &  beans

Snack: Yogurt (fresh)

Day 4-
